Responsible Mineral Sourcing

Resind has a Responsible Minerals Sourcing Policy guided by the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP) Guide and the OECD Due Diligence Guide for responsible supply chains of minerals from conflict-affected and high-risk areas. This commitment is directly reflected in our practices in the purchase, transportation, processing and other activities related to tin and tantalum.

In line with the requirements of Annex II of the OECD Guidance, our policy defines structured processes to identify, assess and manage risks, promoting rigorous due diligence procedures that follow international best practices. We encourage responsible business practices with our suppliers and maintain constant communication to ensure continuous improvement of the production chain.

Reporting channel

We provide a reporting channel open to anyone, whether directly affected or merely a witness, to report concerns related to the conditions of mineral extraction, trade, transportation, processing or export of materials from RESIND's production chain. We ensure that all reports are received with confidentiality, seriousness and responsibility.

Through this form, our employees and stakeholders can make various complaints completely anonymously, which will be analyzed directly by the person responsible for Due Diligence and forwarded to the Company's Board of Directors.
